Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning and developing programs/contents as offered at the HRD Center, as well as at various global operations.
- Lead or support research in modes and methods of developing global leaders
- Conduct related researches in HRD and developing effective mode of contents delivery.
- Undertake researches related to corporate communication and culture.
- Monitoring key trends in HRD through various associations such as ASTD.
Requirements
- 3~5 years of experience in HRD field with globally recognized multinational companies or HR consulting (PhD degree can substitute for work experience)
- Advanced degree in HRD. Advanced degree in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development acceptable when coupled with related work experience.
- Superior communication and public speaking capability.
- Fluency in reading and speaking in Korean is a must.
